A lot of folks have seen the beautiful photo displaying the peaks jutting up from the turquoise waters of Ha Long Bay in Vietnam. Just google Vietnam or Ha Long Bay and the photo will appear. It moved me all my life to accomplish the goal of going there. I have to say I have a smart, kind, generous husband and he made it happen to celebrate our 36th anniversary. The beautiful people and country of Vietnam was a dream come true! I've been diagnosed with Alzheimers and while I'm doing really pretty well I don't think I could possibly have arranged the flights, hotels, visa, taxis, currencies, etc without him. God bless Gene. I had some technical issues that really taxed my brain's computer skills... so loading further texts and pics may or may not be successfully accomplished. But I'm certainly still Life Surfing. Turns out I am blessed and very, very grateful.
